Material:
300 gr sugar
100 gr granulated sugar
Salt to taste
2 pieces of pandan leaves
350 ml water
900 ml coconut
150 gr kolang-kaling, dividing into two
2 tbsp powdered coffee
Fresh bread to taste
How to make:
1. enter and mix the sugar, granulated sugar, salt, pandanus leaf and water. Simmer until really boiling, lift and strain.
2. Enter the santan, kolang-kaling into the mix, then Cook kolang-kaling until cooked.
3. Serve in a cup or small bowl with bread or coffee plus a little powder (when love).
