DOC LUSCIOUS dessert a la cafe,. GramediaShop: After I Go GramediaShop: Ts. The Soloist

Material:
250 ml of liquid milk
30 gr granulated sugar
1 tablespoon instant coffee
100 gr white cooking chocolate, cut into pieces
4 sheets of gelatin, soak in cold water, drain (not too long ago to soak the gelatin, enough to supple just so as not to dissolve).
250 ml heavy cream

Ingredients: chocolate sauce
100 ml of liquid milk
150 gr dark cooking chocolate, cut into pieces

How to make:
1. boil the liquid milk and sugar to boil. Enter the instant coffee. Stir until dissolved. Add the pieces of white cooking chocolate. Stir until the chocolate is dissolved.
2. stir in gelatin. Stir until dissolved. Add the heavy cream. Cook until boiling.
3. pour in a small glass. Freeze.
4. chocolate sauce: Preheat the liquid milk. Enter the pieces of the dark cooking chocolate. Stir until the chocolate is dissolved.
5. pour the chocolate sauce over the panacotta. Chill.

To 8 servings
